RFMF UNDERTAKES 7th UNDOF TROOP DEPLOYMENT WITH ADF SUPPORT

The Republic of Fiji Military Band departed our shores on the morning of Saturday 12th October, 2019 at Nadi International Airport bound for Sydney, Australia on-board a Royal Australia Air Force (RAAF) C 1-30 Aircraft.
The RFMF Band contingent led by Captain (Navy) Lepani Vaniqi will join 1500 performers including pipers, drummers, and dancers, as well as 100 strong Australia Federation guards in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo from 17- 19 October.
Tattoo was originally a form of military music, but the practice has evolved into more elaborate shows involving theatrics and musical performances. It is also used to designate military exhibitions with different Military Band display.
