The Republic of Fiji Military Forces today Thursday 11 February 2021 hosted the virtual Bilateral Defence meeting with their New Zealand Defence Forces counterparts at the RFMF Headquarters Berkley Crescent in Suva.
The meeting which was chaired by RFMF’s Director Force Development (DFD) Colonel Onisimo Covunisaqa was also attended by New Zealand High Commission Defence Advisor (DA) Commander (Navy) Sarah Bamfield.
The RFMF and NZDF Defence Partnership Programme meeting include the Military Assistance Program (MAP) talks attended by officers and key appointees of both defence forces.
The objective of the bilateral defence talk was based on reviewing and renewing capacity building and training programs.
