THE New Zealand Defence Force Commander Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Colonel James Patrick Kaio paid a courtesy call to the Chief of Staff Land Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Laisani Vulakouvaki Kinikini at Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Nabua on Tuesday 15 October 2019.
The Courtesy call was followed by general discussions regarding the ongoing training support provided by NZDF and focused on areas that the NZDF TRADOC Command can further assist in with an emphasis in raising the Instructional skills and knowledge of our own RFMF Instructors.
The talks also touched on the possibility of instructor exchanges in the future including increased cultural exchanges which they both agreed could further strengthen military ties. LtCol Kinikini then presented an RFMF plaque on behalf of the Land Forces as a token of appreciation to Colonel James Kaioโs for his first ever Call on HQ LFC.
