RFMF Band Delivers CRFMF Christmas Message
The Republic of Fiji Military Forces Band conveyed the Commander’s Christmas message as part of RFMF’s two days Hospital visitation within Suva and Nausori corridor.
Members of the RFMF Band under the leadership of (Acting) Director of Music Captain Semiti Gade joyfully completed the two days visitation entertaining patients and hospital staffs.
Land Force Command Chief Staff Officer Operations, Major Sirino Ropate who organized the visitation told patients and hospital staffs at St Giles Hospital that the main purpose of their visitation was to entertain them and deliver CRFMF’s Christmas Message. “We are here today as part of the second day of our two days visitation of hospitals in Suva and Wainibokasi outside Nausori,” he said. He added that CRFMF’ Christmas message included the well wishes of servicemen and servicewomen serving locally and those serving in Peace missions abroad.
The RFMF Band lit up the atmosphere with smiles and laughter as they entertained their audience with Christmas carols and dancing to a few local jazz numbers setting a joyous mood to the patients and staffs they visited in Suva and Wainibokasi.
