The Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) 1/25 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) Graduation Dinner was held at the Warrant Officers and SNCOs Mess, in Queen Elizabeth Barracks (QEB) in Nabua on Thursday 12, June, 2025.
The event marked the culmination of the 15-week SNCOs Course, designed to equip senior enlisted personnel with essential leadership principles critical to their roles within the RFMF.
The dinner served as a platform to recognise participants for their achievements and to highlight the importance of their leadership within the institution.
The Chief Guest of the Graduation Dinner was Lieutenant Colonel Sirino Ropate. In his opening address, Lt Col Ropate underscored the significance of the training in raising leadership standards across the ranks.
Lt Col Ropate emphasised the pivotal role SNCOs play as the backbone of the RFMF, noting that their expertise and guidance are vital for maintaining the customs, traditions, and operational integrity of the Force.
The SNCOs Dinner not only celebrated individual accomplishments but also reaffirmed the RFMF’s commitment to fostering strong and capable leadership within its ranks.
