This week marked the completion of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Lead Leaders Course build, a significant step toward strengthening leadership and the Veiliutaki Framework within the RFMF.

We were honoured to have CRFMF join the build process, sharing his insights and reinforcing the importance of this leadership tier. He spoke on the course’s role in advancing the RFMF and highlighted the positive changes already being seen across the organisation from the Veiliutaki Framework.

Proudly developed by RFMF leaders for RFMF leaders, this course is designed for LT–CAPT and SGT–SSGT ranks (including Navy equivalents) and fully aligns with Commander RFMF’s (CRFMF) strategic direction for developing RFMF leaders of character. The build has also benefited from the support and valued partnership of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) .
