The RFMF Commander Joint Task Force, Brigadier-General (Brig-Gen) Manoa Gadai, is visiting the Second Battalion Fiji Infantry Regiment (2FIR) soldiers serving under the Multinational Force and Observers (MFO) in the Sinai based at South Camp.
A courtesy call to the Force Commander, Major-General (Maj-Gen) Pavel Kolรกล at the Force Headquarters was also conducted after Brig-Gen Gadaiโs arrival on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
During their discussion, Major-General (Maj-Gen) Kolรกล praised the efforts and diligent contribution of the Fiji contingent to MFO. Brig-Gen Gadai was later accorded a traditional welcome ceremony by the members of the contingent at the Ratoa Hall.
After a Quarter Guard on the morning of Friday, March 17, 2023, Brig-Gen Gadai was hosted to a dinner that evening attended by the Force Commander, the Fiji Contingent Commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Saula Koro, and members of the contingent.
