The Commander Join Task Force Command paid a Courtesy visit to the Deputy Head of European Union Delegation, Ms Erja Eskola.
The visit included discussions on important key areas involving Human Assistance Disaster Relief (HADR) and Security, specifically Fijiโs contribution to UN Peace Support Operations in terms of capacity building and and support for RFMFโs HADR & UN Contingent Own Equipment (COE) in our UN Mission Areas in UNAMI in Iraq, UNDOF in the Golan Heights and with MFO in Sinai, Egypt.
Ms Erja Eskola emphasized the importance of cooperation and collaboration on common security interests in order to address global issues and challenges.
