The Chinese Ambassador to Fiji His Excellency Qian Bo yesterday paid a courtesy call on the Commander RFMF Major General Jone Kalouniwai at the RFMF Headquarters in Berkley Crescent.
The visit by Mr Bo, Defence Attache Senior Colonel Yu Ke and his assistant was an opportunity to discuss and exchange views on future cooperation between the People Liberation Army & the RFMF in the areas of Humanitarian and Disaster Relief, Climate Change, Covid-19 Control and Peacekeeping.
The visit was also an opportunity for Mr Bo to wish Major General Kalouniwai every success in his new post.
