The Lead Systems Leadership Course, launched by the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) with the support of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), is a pivotal step in fostering future-ready leaders. Officially opened by Lieutenant Colonel Eroni Duaibe, the course emphasizes the importance of good leadership in ensuring the RFMF remains a professional and resilient force. Designed for leaders transitioning to roles where they manage other team leaders, the course focuses on enhancing self-awareness, systems thinking, collaborative networking, coaching, and strategic communication. Participants learn to embrace continuous improvement, value fit-for-purpose systems, and translate organizational goals into actionable concepts. A key feature of the course is its emphasis on partnerships, highlighted by the inclusion of two representatives from the iTaukei Affairs Board.
