𝟯𝟬 𝗥𝗙𝗠𝗙 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗶

The Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Engineers Regiment concluded a week-long Veiliutaki Framework Lead Self course at Nabuni Camp on Friday, 11 April, 2025, with 30 participants from various units within the RFMF.

The Chief Guest for the closing ceremony was the Logistics Support Unit (LSU) Second in Command (2IC), Major (Maj) Tupou Colati.

In his address, Maj Colati extended his deepest gratitude to all the participants and thanked them for their active participation and valuable contributions.

“Over the past few days, we have shared insights, explored new ideas, and forged connections that will undoubtedly shape your leadership journey moving forward,” Maj Colati said.

Maj Colati also acknowledged the Veiliutaki Framework staff for their experience, dedication, and thought-provoking lectures, which have served as the foundation for this leadership training. He also commended them for sharing their expertise and motivating the course participants with their visions, experience, and leadership skills.

“To our course participants, your enthusiasm, engagement, commitment, and willingness to learn have made this course a resounding success. Thank you for your insightful questions, dynamic discussions, and for bringing your diverse experiences to the table,” Maj Colati said.

Furthermore, Maj Colati emphasised the importance of reflection, one of the key lessons from the course, highlighting that leadership is not just about guiding others but also about continuous learning, self-improvement, and positive impact on oneself, family, and community.
