Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Isireli Dugu officiated as the chief guest and congratulated participants for completing the intensive two-week training.
In his address, Lt Col Dugu acknowledged the contribution of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) in delivering the course and supporting the RFMFโs development efforts.

Lt Col Dugu emphasised that the course had enhanced the soldiers both personally and professionally, aligning with the strategic targets set by the Commander RFMF. He urged graduates to pass on their newly gained knowledge to their peers and continue seeking opportunities for professional growth.
He encouraged the participants to embrace future learning opportunities and apply their training in building greater interoperability across the region.
โThe knowledge you have gained is vital to the RFMFโs strategic priorities. As you return to your units, share what you have learned,โ Lt Col Dugu added.
Lt Col Dugu concluded by thanking the ADF instructors for their commitment and expressed hope for continued collaboration to address shared security challenges in the Pacific.
